Cabinet Cooler NEMA 4X (IP66) - for cooling electronic enclosures and control cabinets

NEMA 4 UL control cabinet coolers are approved under UL (non-ATEX) guidelines for use in hazardous locations and meet the following classifications: Class I Div 1, Groups A, B, C and D; Class II Div 1, Groups E, F and G - and Class III. NEMA 4 classification is ensured by installing a low pressure check valve for all air outlets.

Control cabinet coolers are particularly suitable for systems that only require temporary cooling. If the temperature rises in summer and the enclosure is no longer sufficiently cooled, the cooling of the control cabinet can be activated. Even in environments where the ambient temperature is generally high or where the air contains a lot of dust or dirt, control cabinet coolers are often the only solution. Fans are then of little use and only blow dust or dirt into the control cabinet. Devices perform worse in high temperatures and break down much faster. Dusty spaces do not only require cooling of the control cabinet to keep the dirt out.
