The EXAIR Intellistat Ion Air Gun is an ergonomically designed ionisation gun powered by compressed air and 24 V connection voltage to ensure electrical safety, while EXAIR's engineered air nozzle meets OSHA compressed air standards.
Equipped with a short trigger pull, fast-acting and easy trigger pull, the Intellistat's lightweight frame (less than 200 grams) allows for prolonged use without fatigue. It's a reliable, low-maintenance solution made of durable polycarbonate for applications that require good conductivity, such as circuit board or electronics manufacturing.
The EXAIR Intellistat Ion Air Gun is designed to remove substances and static particles in sterile or very clean environments, where assembly activities or scientific research occur. The ionised compressed air and design are ideal for sterile environments such as laboratories, cleanrooms or scientific testing facilities.
Its characteristic is the lower emitter voltage of +/- 30V, which makes it possible to lower a static charge of 5000V to less than 500V in less than 1 second.
The ionisation gun weighs only 200 grams and is made of polycarbonate.
