EXAIR Cold Gun Air Coolant System is an alternative to coolants for processing with ice-cold compressed air, 28˚C below the supplied air temperature. They are quiet when in use and have no moving parts to wear out. Heat is extracted to extend tool life and increase productivity when coolants cannot be used.

EXAIR Cold Gun is also an alternative to expensive mist systems. It avoids the costs of purchasing and disposing of coolants, as well as health problems for workers due to inhalation of coolant vapour and the risk of slipping.

If more cooling is desired, the High Power Cold Gun produces twice the airflow of the standard Cold Gun, doubling the cooling capacity.
