BJ - Flat fan spray nozzle

BJ flat flan spray nozzle creates relatively coarse atomisation. The BJ nozzle is a three-piece construction with a spray tip, nozzle body, and an optional integrated filter in 50, 100, 200 or 400 mesh in 316SS.

The spray tip can easily be interchanged, making it easy to adjust the flow rate if required.

  • Fairly coarse atomisation
  • The spray tapers slightly towards the outer edges, which makes the nozzle very suitable for applications where several nozzles are installed in line. By overlapping the spray of the nozzles, the result is an even spray across the entire line.

Each type of nozzle has a specific flow rate, spray pattern and droplet size. To optimise the spray process, it is important to understand how different parameters affect the choice of spray nozzle and type of solution.
