The safety light gun has a soft grip and a single finger button that activates a powerful airflow. A slide valve is available to instantly adjust the airflow to the needs of the application. The robust moulded handle is surrounded by a moulded elastic handle and yet surrounded by a robust aluminium handle. is also UV and chemical resistant.
The handle contains an inconspicuous trigger button, which keeps the trigger protected when it falls. An automatic air shut-off mechanism comes into effect as soon as the EXAIR TurboBlast is dropped or falls to prevent injury to the operator. This trigger requires only a slight pressure to activate the nozzles to remove stubborn dirt, slag, flashes or liquids used in various aggressive processes.
Basic models have a 1′ (304.8 mm) extension, but can also be ordered with a 3′ (914 mm) or 6′ (1829 mm) extension. Nozzle covers are included in all models. These versions also include the gate valve.
